5 Things You Should Never Do Before Going to Bed
Going to bed at night is supposed to be a time to wind down and relax after a long day. However, there are some activities that can actually make it harder to relax and fall asleep.

1. Don’t drink caffeine before bed.
Caffeine is a stimulant, and it can make it harder to wind down for the night. If you’re struggling to sleep at night, avoid caffeine altogether or at least cut back on your intake during the later hours of the day.
2. Don’t exercise before bed.
Exercise is great for your health, but it’s not so great for your sleep schedule. Avoid working out within two hours of your desired bedtime so that your body has time to wind down and relax.
3. Don’t eat a big meal before bed.
Eating a large meal right before bed can lead to indigestion and discomfort, making it more difficult to sleep through the night. If you’re feeling hungry before bed, opt for a light snack instead of a full-blown meal.
